Spectrum Brands partners with the Dependent Verification Center to verify the eligibility of dependents covered on the Spectrum Brands health plans. You must provide documentation to verify the eligibility of your enrolled dependent(s). After you have enrolled, you will receive a letter from the Dependent Verification Center. This letter contains important information on how to complete the dependent verification process. Please read it carefully.

You can log into the Dependent Verification online portal any time to check your status after you have enrolled in your benefits. You will also be notified by U.S. mail.
