Sick Leave

All full-time, regular employees are provided with 5 paid sick days per year.

Paid Parental Leave

Provided to both salary and hourly at 100% of pay up to 4 weeks to be used in 1-week increments within 6 months of birth, adoption, or placement. This benefit is gender neutral (either parent can take Parental Leave). Visit The Leave of Absence Policy for more information.

Union

Spectrum Brands offers 10 paid holidays per year. The holiday schedule can be viewed on SpectraNet.

Additional paid time off is available for vacation and illness, jury duty, bereavement leave, and parental leave. Review your collective bargaining agreement to determine the number of hours and days provided to you for vacation time.

Sick Leave

All full time, regular employees are provided with 5 paid sick days per year.

Bereavement Leave

In the event of the death of a spouse, child, step-child, brother, sister, step- parent or parent [not more than two (2)], present mother-in-law, present father-in-law, grandparent, or grandchild of any employee, said employee shall have up to three (3) consecutive working days off with pay at the employee’s base rate, provided that the employee attends the funeral and furnishes proof thereof if requested by the Spectrum Brands. Payment for Funeral Leave will not be processed until the proof of relationship to the deceased is provided to Spectrum Brands.

Parental Leave

Provided to both salary and hourly at 100% of pay up to 4 weeks to be used in 1-week increments within 6 months of birth, adoption, or placement. This benefit is gender neutral (either parent can take Parental Leave)

Puerto Rico

Spectrum Brands offers 12 paid holidays per year. The holiday schedule can be viewed on SpectraNet.

Puerto Rico employees should reference the time off information in their employment agreements for vacation information.
